This is written based on my own experiences throughout life
I am 74 years old, and my left side has been paralyzed since 1997 due to a stroke.
4 years ago, I fell on the street and therefore decided to start walking more to improve my abilities. I was also often ill, so I decided to strengthen my immunity by eating plenty of berries, nuts, fruits, and vegetables.
I started with small steps. At first, only 200 meters daily and then longer distances, depending on how it felt. Now I walk about 6 kilometers every day.
When I walk, I think about all sorts of things, and I believe I have become wiser because many of the things I do now are better thought out.
Much later, I watched the Australian scientific documentary series How to Live Younger and realized that this is how I live my life.
According to the documentary, I can biologically rejuvenate by up to 20 years. Biological age is calculated based on the elasticity of the inner walls of blood vessels. They say there are substances that can be renewed to become more elastic through exercise. This is a very simplified explanation.
Other benefits include weight loss. Type II diabetes and up to 40% of cancer cases can be cured. All the most common types of cancer are among these. And although not all cancers can be cured, the condition improves so that one can withstand more radiation therapy.
What happens if a young person starts exercising? Nothing.
When my parents moved at the age of 40 to a place where they always had to walk back and forth, nothing seemed to change. But when my stepfather went to the doctor at 90 years old, he came back disappointed and said, He was a bad doctor because he couldn’t find anything wrong.
He is now 99 years old and only stopped working 3 years ago.
The only thing I regret is that I didn’t start years earlier.

It takes several things to live younger, but all of them are simple to get started with.
Walk, run, cycle, swim — it all counts. We are animals among other animals, and we are designed to move. Our body benefits greatly when we walk. Inflammations and illnesses develop before we even realize they’ve occurred. In short, your own doctor becomes a stranger you haven’t seen in a very long time.
You hear it often, and it’s easy to ignore because the results don’t come immediately... you think. Eating healthily also means building your immune system, which can then prevent disease. No one says, “I would have gotten cancer, but I avoided it by eating blueberries.” No, you don’t know about diseases until it’s too late, so it’s good to eat healthily. Our immune system uses healthy food as building blocks to make medicine for us in just the right amount and at just the right time. That’s how I see it, and in my dictionary, it’s called “Nadicine,” nature-created medicine.
Being social is important for the brain, and sitting alone at home in front of the TV will weaken you faster than you think. I think it would be nice if there were “Live Younger” startup courses where you could meet others and do things together. I also take vitamin B and omega-3 supplements. But mainly, I try to engage in my hobbies like photography, creating websites, and learning languages.
It is important to sleep well and enough so that toxins are removed from the body and tension is released. It is recommended to always maintain the same sleep rhythm, meaning going to bed and waking up at the same time. I sometimes take magnesium, but be careful with sleeping pills.
This does not replace the doctor in any way, but it reduces visits.
I would hope that when the doctors make serious diagnosis, they would tell that exercise can at least make it easier.
Even if cancer isn’t cured, the increased strength will help endure more radiation therapy.
I created this website because my experiences have been so positive that I want to share them. I’m also more active now than I was at 50.
I think it would be good if there were startup courses where people could meet and do rehabilitative activities together. For example, play something and walk to and from the venue together. I often walk to the store when I need to shop.
If people could be encouraged to exercise sufficiently on an EU level, hundreds of billions of euros could even be saved in costs related to elderly care, mental and physical health, and medical treatment.
